How to live cozy and with a hint of luxury in a small apt? In less than 50 square meters, with limits such as the presence of a big load bearing wall and being the building listed, the team designed a modern apartment, characterized by an excellent habitability by minimizing the connective spaces and turning them into functional areas.

The small size, generally faced as a restriction, becomes an opportunity to develop project solutions to accomplish the owner’s request without sacrificing both functionality and the mood and decor of interiors.
